About Timothy
Timothy Parmiter is the Chief Sales Officer at Reliant Home Funding, Inc. Tim attended Chaminade High School in Mineola, NY and got his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics at Fordham University. Tim started as a Mortgage Loan Originator in 2003 at Countrywide and was quickly promoted to Team Lead early in his career. He swiftly built the top producing team in the region. In 2010, Tim co-founded Reliant Home Funding, Inc. His vision was to create a company that provided a reliable, customer-oriented experience for every client. Tim still leads the sales team at Reliant and continues to think of new and innovative ways to provide transparent and dependable service for every customer. When he isn’t working, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He takes the most pride in coaching his children’s soccer and baseball teams.

Tim and his team were amazing! I refinanced during a crazy time and was never rushed through any part of the process. All of my questions were answered and I even had Tim’s personal number for help when needed. My refinance took a little over 2 weeks, I have friends who started before me and are still in the process. I have used Reliant since my original closing on my house. I highly recommend Reliant and will continue to work with them through the years to come. There are no “stupid” questions when working with them, and I asked many of them!!!
