My mortgage officer was Rich Iasparo and my loan Processor was Pat McEvoy. They both made my experience painless. Rich and Pat knew exactly how to prepare your loan package to meet the underwriter's approval. They both were very accessible either by phone or email to answer any question throughout the entire process. You could ask them anything and they knew the answer or how to get the answer to your question. They would update you throughout the loan process. I got a great interest rate and Pat help me get an excellent home owner's insurance package that was very affordable. I can't thank Rich and Pat enough for a wonderful experience.
