Reliant's agent Anthony Aponte was helping me in each step to secure my funding. I didn't have a realtor so he helped guiding me throughout the process. He kept informing me in each step what we have to do. Thanks to him, I was able to buy the home that I wanted.

I looked at several lending institutions. Two of the institutions asked unreasonable requests (don't go to a bank). I received a Reliant card in the mail and I decided to give them a chance. When I contacted Reliant, I spoke with Anthony Aponte. He was fantastic from day one, on top of everything that needed to be taken care of to make my loan application go smoothly. I can't say enough kind things about this guy, he was fantastic! Even after I closed on my home, Anthony called me up to see how it went and to tell me it was a pleasure to work with me. That's what I call customer service!! If I could give him 10 stars I would. I was also assisted by Neil and Patrick...I had three people working on my loan application. It was quick and I could not believe how GREAT Reliant customer service is. I will use them again and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage.
